The Islamic Society of Evansville offers its heartfelt thoughts and prayers to to all those who have suffered as a result of this terrible tragedy.  We pray that people of all faiths in America find peace and healing in these troubled times.

The Islamic Shura Council of North America and the Fiqh Council of North America agreed that there was a confirmed moon sighting in Arizona on Thursday evening, November 15th. Therefore, Friday, November 16th will be the first day of Ramadan.
